They're back folks! We're excited to announce the NWFA Winter Giveaway 2016, marking the return of our popular Supporting Member drawings!


We're holding this giveaway (and one every three months after) as a show of appreciation for our Supporting Members, whose financial contributions make this site possible. The value and quantity of the giveaway prizes reflect the amount of donations we've received during the previous three months. Supporting Vendors may also donate items or services for extra publicity, so watch for bonus prizes!
Current supporters are automatically given one to five entries based on their level of support. Simply visit the giveaway page and enter now.

Members who wish to become supporters can do so via the donation page, which is also accessible through the link at the bottom of the page. Non-supporters who do not wish to contribute may enter via postcard as outlined in the rules below.

Winners will be drawn and announced the evening of January 28th, 2016 at 6pm.
All entries must be received by January 27th, no later than 5pm.

Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. You must be at least 18 years of age and a US resident to enter. Northwest Firearms staff members are ineligible to win. All prizes will be awarded. Total value of prizes and promotion is approximately $300. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Prizes limited to one prize per person per giveaway. No substitutions. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes will be delivered via USPS, FedEx, or UPS when possible at no cost to the winner within 4-6 weeks of the giveaway drawing. In person pickup may be required for some prizes. PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Winners will be posted on the website and may be announced via social media. Winners will be notified via private conversation on the Northwest Firearms website. Winners must respond to prize notifications via private conversation on the Northwest Firearms website within 7-days or the prize will be re-awarded via a separate drawing. Giveaway entry period will run from January 1, 2016 to January 27, 2016, with winners chosen at random January 28th at 6:00PM PST. Members of Northwest Firearms with Supporter status will receive giveaway entries as follows: Bronze Supporter (1), Silver Supporter (2), Gold Supporter (3), Platinum Supporter (4), Diamond Supporter (5). Entries must be manually submitted via the giveaway page. Additional entries may be acquired via postcard, up to the limit of five (5) total entries per person per giveaway. See the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) for details. Supporter status must be valid at time of drawing for supporter entries to be eligible to win. No donation/purchase necessary. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): Members who have not made a donation may enter by sending a postcard (only postcards will be accepted) to Northwest Firearms Giveaway, PO Box 28152, Portland, OR 97228. One postcard entry accepted per person per week of the giveaway entry period, up to the maximum limit of 5 total entries per person per giveaway. Mailed entries must arrive before 5:00PM PST on the final date of the giveaway entry period and include the following: Giveaway Name, your Northwest Firearms registered username, your full name, your mailing address, your email address, and your phone number so that we may notify you if you are a winner. Please write clearly; unreadable entries will be discarded. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant Northwest Firearms LLC exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the giveaway, where allowed by law, participants agree that Northwest Firearms LLC may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the giveaway to third parties (donors of giveaway prizes) and use such information for marketing and other purposes. Smile. Yup I was there already. Unless there is a hidden button to push to enter, I'm at a loss. Or do I have to donate something to enter? I'm getting older as we speak so I'm trying to figure out of I'm just a CRS patient or if there's a trick I'm missing?

Hit the donate button and use credit/debit for $5.00-$10.00 AND mail in a postcard with transaction info? Put a $5.00- $10.00 bill in an envelope with the postcard. You will accept any size donation I presume? $4.67?

If I hadn't been in the loop for a few years I can see where it might be a bit confusing. Hell, us supporters got it easy, it says right there in plain English how many entries we got. Just hit the button!:D

There's no purchase/donation necessary to enter via postcard, one just needs to read the rules for the info and send it in. If he or she felt like donating what they could, they could use the donate button on the sidebar of the donate page.

The minimum for the online entry is the $5 monthly donation option.

I understand all this. What I'm seeing as confusing, especially to a new member that may not be all that computer savvy....Where to donate? I finally find "Donate" under the information drop-down. Once there...Crazy the donate button with CC choice info wasn't there the first time(glitch?).

The rules to the drawing, I think are fairly easy. Finding a place to donate is not. Perhaps if you could make it easier (for us less savvy users) to donate $5.00 (Because it doesn't seem quite right to enter without throwing some little tidbit to the upkeep of the board) Now another question would be....Wifey is not a yearly supporter. Can Wifey receive one(1) free entry for this months contest with a single $5.00 donation?

I'm really not trying to be all picky about this I'm only trying to make it easier for people to send MONEY! This is terribly off topic too I realize now, sorry. Move or delete as you see fit Joe.:(

I see what you're saying, and I agree. I'll think on this a bit and figure out how to make it easier.

As for Wifey, there's no purchase/donation necessary to enter via postcard. If she did the single $5.00 donation via the supporter system (see images below) it does include an online entry, but it is an automatic monthly subscription. You'd have to cancel the subscription through Paypal after signing up or it would donate $5 each month.

Donations made through the Quick Donation button (see below) are outside of the Supporter system and do not factor into the drawing, status, or anything else. That button is for members to donate a few dollars here and there, maybe after a gun sells, etc.
