You would need a Hunting License for public ground. I don't think you'd need one on private property, as long as you have permission. Best to check with ODFW to be sure.

i know it sounds like a stupid question, the way they reg everything you never know, the main ? was the private proprety, if the property is in the city limits, can you get introuble for discharging a firearm in city limits?
