Concealed is just more convenient. No asking permission on private property and you are free to go about your biz without the hassle.

I've been in the checkout line or next to people OC. Yes, some folks have a reaction. I don't believe one positive encounter will make a difference. Conversations with people you know over time can. Like chasing a cat with food would work. It won't. Lay it out and they will eat when they are hungry.
