Nope...said it as I wanted to....Isn't it more like "what is not expressly permitted, is prohibited/forbidden"? Same vein but much more clear.

Legit concern…But Antifa/BLM militant groups are still okay...
No, because according TPTB, ANTIFA is an idea, and BLM is a movement, both without any organization or command structure. It's a total crock, but that's what they say.Reading the proposed legislation, it describes very accurately the shenanigans that Antifa, BLM and other leftist kook gangs engage in.
This could be interesting…
TPTB will continue to turn a blind eye to their BS so long as it fits their agendaLegit concern…

Of course it does. Otherwise no reason 2A includes militiasThe Heller ruling applies to exercising 2A rights in groups.
Yet.There's also the right to freedom of association, that's why motorcycle and street gangs, as well as political parties and political ideologies have never been legally banned.
They can ban fresh air, write it down on paper, put a gold sticker on it, do a rain-dance around it, and declare it the "law of the land"…. doesn't make it so.Yet.
Nailed it.Or do they get a magic liberal pass because they are DNC soldiers?
Everything which is not allowed is forbidden.
Ambiguity serves a purposeIsn't it more like "what is not expressly permitted, is prohibited/forbidden"? Same vein but much more clear.
But.. what if you don't identify as a militia?
What if groups of friends simply got together?
What if I had three buddies and we stood in a group, and another guy had three buddies and they stood in a group but let's say.. 6 feet apart, because we all believe in "THA science"?
That's a mere 8 guys, but two separate groups.. isn't this "law" subjective when determining the group as a whole and how do they do that exactly? Is there a little Facebook post that proves these two groups of 4 men who just happened to show up at a location are in coordination with each other?
What about Antifa? That's a militia group, as is BLM with the carrying of firearms.. so if they too carry firearms and, because they are "organized" aren't they also under the same scrutiny of the law?
Or do they get a magic liberal pass because they are DNC soldiers?
Nailed it.
