I'm just finishing up my first holster, and I'm pretty pleased with how it's turning out. Simplicity was the goal here, so it's no work of art. The brass studs are not my favorite though; might have to change them to black or silver.

Now I need to make a few more for some other pistols.

Thank you. It's hard to tell from the photo, but the frame of the pistol is chrome/silver. There's no brass on the gun at all.

Okay, the I can see why you would want to change the rivits … but it's not a big deal in my mind as the holster looks very nice as is.

Great looking holster for sure...!
If the brass tacks are actual brass and not just plated....
Birchwood - Casey makes "Brass Black" , which works really well for "antiquing " or forcing patina on brass.

When I look at Ura-Ki's holsters I know what it must feel like for (certain anti 2A group members) to look jealously at people with washed hair.
