Minnesota and Orygun have more than a sh it load of liberals in common, not much, but they do have similarities (generally as orygonians you don't fear your sack freezing to your thigh 7 months out of the year and deep woods off isn't required on your taint the other 4). I know, I grew up there.

Does the Florida or Arizona permits require a proficiency test?Those are the other permits that folks like for all the states they cover.
Idaho is trying to get into the same game.For $100? I could have gotten a permit that covered more states like my Utah.But since I have the Utah I didn't really need the Idaho enhanced also.
