Poll: Member Poll: Which notices do you prefer?

I'd like some feedback on which notices members prefer. This isn't a one or the other choice, both will still be usable, but going forward this poll will shape which ones we use and when.

Floating notice for sure, I hate adding large banners to the top of the screen - I tend to ignore those anyway as I assume they're an advertisement. The floating notices stand out more.

I prefer the banner notice which I can just scroll down from. The floating makes me click every time to make it go away. I open thread in new tabs so the floating notice will be on every new tab and I will have to click to make it go away.

Floaters are annoying... I hate wasting my time flushing them.

Seriously though, the floaters are like pop ups, they are very annoying!
