Actually, the Bimart cards are required in most of the in-city locations. Outside of the "city limits" it's a crap shoot.If only they had paid memberships whereby an issued card was necessary for entry none of this would have happened.

I look to see that become universal when Eugene corporate processes their liability concerns. Frankly, I detest having to go through that recarding ritual every time I forget to have my card in my wallet. And they always seem to have their most anal employee manning the swing gate (checkpoint charlie).
