Hey, where?!! I happen to have an SBR that would be perfect for another upper!I do remember a lot of pistol /potential SBR uppers landing onto the used upper market.
Last few months saw them at the Flea Market, usually 11.5-14.5 lengths, but you could also check the classifieds here too.Hey, where?!! I happen to have an SBR that would be perfect for another upper!
Still looking to pin and weld my Stribog to a faux suppresser but those are super hard to find in lengths longer than 8 inches. Those that changed their pistol to a rifle have a much better weapon and that is good.
outside of a gun forum like this, I would never know. Reminds of when Connecticut made everyone register their "assault" rifles -and- magazines and their was very little compliance.I'm a gun enthusiast, but I don't know if I would have even heard about the brace stuff if a buddy didn't have one. There have got to be many millions of owners that have absolutely no idea what just happened.
Eeewwwww…. are you insinuating it's actually a brokeback copy of common scents?I have a nice hardback copy of Common Sense...Err wait...
Related but not quite what was meant...

Agreed.Non-compliance is a time honored method of protesting a law.
"If a law is unjust ,a man is not only right to disobey it , he obligated to do so."
Quote by some guy named Thomas Jefferson....
Something important to consider here is ...
While I do agree with non-compliance with many things...
I also am willing to accept the consequences of my actions.
Weighing the risk versus the payoff is wise.

Bumpstocks are in the garage, under the BeyBlade arena and next to the Nintendo Wii balance boards.

I copied trevi's original post over to "that" thread mere moments after he hit "Post Reply." You guys need to up both your games and get a paid membership...Sorry, I passed out from all the blood rushing to my head.
Here's a free copy for the common man. The free common man.Sorta...However...Thomas Paine was an uncommon man.
The book was written for the common man , and at one time commonly read as well...now....not so much , sad to say.

I'd say it would rather depend if you say you're unaware of the change in regulation, or whether they find your claims of non-compliance.I doubt very much that anyone would actually get convicted of a felony and go to prison for merely having a pistol brace on the weapon if that is their only crime...
I would bet if you have no arrest record and for some odd reason found by leo/atf to be in possession of a 10" AR w/ brace still attached they would just have you remove said brace and confiscated it.
Now if you were to use said weapon in commission of a crime or said weapon was found in your possession due to you committing some unrelated crime where your person or property was searched then I could see you being charged for that felony.
