Good read! I'm right now planning out a family trust for my estate planning and have not really thought about the subject. I'm now wondering if a separate trust would make sense rather than having all my property in a family trust. That will eliminate the need for a ton of co-trustees on the main family trust.

I don't own any Title II items, but do want to pick up a couple of supressors in the not too near future. My wife loves to shoot but had developed a sensitivity to loud noises and concussions. Even with hearing protection she has an almost immediate migraine headache when shooting something as tame as a .22LR rifle.
