Sounds about right oknow. Hopefully you can get yourself back before this evening. I'm actually seeing a little blue sky now: no wind, 24 degrees: The calm before the storm....
what's you talking about willis I done got my butt in the house that was on my way back.
I'm curious if we are going to end up with flooding like 1996
Our factory in Milwaukie had 6' of water inside when Johnson Creek went over. Even more amazing were the permanent flood lines on the concrete walls 8' up from a flood probably back in 1964 like your example...I don't remember the year, just that the old guys said it was worse back then.
What if they gave an ice storm, and no one showed up?
Looked out the winder.. raining (finally), SE Portland.34* and raining here now
Then there's my ex wife ......!That sounds as if you're talking about my sister-in-law... Shamu the "ice queen".
I've got 29* and freezing rain now. In inner NE PDX. Tiny ice pellets, it's really cold! Wind chill is supposed to be 14*!
My bald head precipitation detectors report that it's easily that cold!
Then there's my ex wife ......!
It gives new meaning to Captain OHmmmm.....One inch taller and she would be a perfect circle.
