    I think I can confidently say...
    If this makes it onto some national news program the "expert" they interview will describe, in detail, exactly how the officer's bullet (holds up picture and points to the unfired cartridge) disabled the gun and that he only shot at the gun because it was black.

    17 year olds with a pistol should be against the law. Someone should make another law to enforce the first law there by now, making it totally impossible to break the law. It's so simple.
