Yes, a black person is more likely to be arrested, shot, killed, or otherwise harmed by police, based on percentages.. but by the numbers, a high number of whites(including white hispanics, which is probably trending upwards) also get arrested, shot, killed, and otherwise harmed by police... for each segment of the population, the chances are quite high for arrests, deaths and so forth...
