You bet,. somebody had to take a stand. Robin @ Sharpshooter Range in Spokane is the other listed "retailer"Any chance you can tell us the Spokane Retailer's name? I need to buy gun-related Christmas presents and would love to support anybody supporting us.
And thanks for putting yourself in the line of fire for the greater good!

I would imagine that the first move would be an application for an injunction to prevent its implementation.
There are laws against malicious prosecution. What about malicious legislation? I think a preponderance of the evidence would show that their intent is solely against the law-abiding.
You had better have a lot of popcorn to watch this one all the way through. SCOTUS doesn't seem to be eager to take on 2A cases lately. Hopefully that changes as the bench is further restored with non-activist judges.
I routinely travel to Seattle for medical appointments. I've seen the "safety" and "security" that socialist progressivism provides. My medical facility is a gun and knife-free zone - where they perform surgery with, you guessed it, knives.Silly, you don't understand.. It's all for our...safety 'n stuff. Get with the program. Boss
Attached is the federal lawsuit we filed yesterday.

Speaking of the lawsuit. Perhaps I've missed it.....so, why was there no mention of:
the cost to citizens (BGC, training, medical records proof, etc...) to exercise a RIGHT?
the required re-qualification for a BGC every year?
the required formal training issue?
the State's need to examine private medical records? Did the law even mention a "standard" for disqualification?
the need for a waiting period when I already own several other firearms?
Ok, Ok, ok.....I have other concerns too. But, it's a start.
Infringement is infringement. So then, requiring me to pay money and jump through hoops to exercise a RIGHT is in my opinion "unreasonable". If these same restrictions were applied to voting.....I'd bet, that the SCOTUS would say that the restrictions were UNREASONABLE.
Aloha, Mark
Some are worse than others.Let's face it: Judges of all stripes engage in activism when it suits them, and they rail against it when it suits them.
I'll bet that caravan of Hondurans is already registered to vote...Speaking of the lawsuit. Perhaps I've missed it.....so, why was there no mention of:

I talked to Dave Workman at the WAC show yesterday and he told me the same news. By the way If you are at the WAC shows. Stop by Dave's table and drop a few dollares in his jar for the cause.
I was there yesterday and half of my spending money for the show went into that can, but at least I did pick up one part that I needed.
