HR 45 and the NRA?

Did anyone get a cold call this past week from the NRA regarding US House 45?

Last I checked, this bill didn't have any sponsors, and it was going no where. But the NRA was trying to use it to generate funds.

Anyone get this?

Does the NRA talk anything about SHTF? I am not a member and would really like to know what their stance is when push comes to shove.
