I was talking about heading off any kind of media inspired pity party that was bound to come after the shooting. Showing the public that this guy had a long list of violent incidents as a juvenile often times will stop this tactic before it gets off the ground.

No gun or spent casings recovered at the scene - but hey - I found the gun later... Pretty weak story if you ask me. Watching the video on the above post is kind of compelling.

A spent casing was found from the get go.
