Wow. I watched the whole video, and it sure seems that's exactly what the "safety bullet" was made for. Why, what did you think it's made for?

What's with the feigned ignorance to reality bit? Be a straight up human being, or people aren't going to enjoy discourse with you.

What I know it's for is to have a non-firing round in the chamber that will lock the gun up if the trigger is pulled before cycling it out.
