FRT adding a semi auto mode

After watching their video, I think making it may turn out to be a big mistake. While we understand that he is actually pulling the trigger many times, to a lay person (judge) it appears indistinguishable from a machine gun.

In practice it's no different than a 3-position binary trigger group. I love my Franklin BFS-III, it has worked flawlessly. I may have to get a 3-pos FRT if/when they prevail against the AFT.

My buddy in MT has one and we could never get singles. We could easily control for triples. Doubles were the default singles.
