376 useless gov employees…let's see if making 70K/year…roughly $36.5/hr…they were useless for what, 77min? Let's pad that with some drive time to the scene and just say 1.5hrs.

That's $20,586 paid out during that useless 1.5hrs.

They should pull all of it (and more imo) and give it to the baby faced hero who dropped the bad guy in seconds.

100% they should def.. Award hero's for their valor in society. Put out active rewards to help thwart the evil.
Plus they EASILY saved $20k in court precedings years shelter, food medical etc.
Bad guys need to know there's a ever present bounty on their corpses once they commence.
