If I'm attacked by ninjas or sfo's ill watch for that, I doubt common street trash or starving non prepper zombies will try to grab my 357.

It has happened.. just your average crazy can do this. Things can get up close and nasty and the first thing they may go for is the gun to sideline it. This is one reason why why I train in and teach gun retention and offhand and low line kicking techniques
