We kinda do, actually. By the year stamp, LC wouldn't have been factory loading with soft points. FMJ only, AFAIK. That neck buldge too didn't come out of any factory.The main point is that we have no way of knowing for sure if those are factory or reloads.
I don't see a problem there. What I'm seeing is a sizing die that wasn't dialed all the way back to the starting fold of the bottleneck. Maybe a neck sizing die was used?Check out that deformity at the base of the neck….
