I have briefly considered polishing these two - but decided against it.

Too much work for something I not that interested in - a high polish finish that is - I like the guns the way they are!

Well I have a model 66 too. (I believe that's what I see on top)

Mine is hardly been shot and I have a new 686 SSR that I'll shoot much more often.

The 66 is the first model year with it's original box papers etc.,....Lot's is sentimental value to me so I thought I'd get it perfected.

I'd like to disassemble it and do a pro job. I'd probably be hesitant to drop it off with anyone anyway,....

Yes it is - and a No - Dash! - along with the Mod 60 below it.

These were both UNFIRED when I got them, but the owner did not have the boxes and paperwork so I could not consider them as 'Unfired' for collectability - nor would I pay an 'unfired' price but because he is a friend I gave him a fair price at the time and we were both happy!
