Did some turkey hunting today

I did finally find a few people that I don't hate and trust around me with a gun.

good to hear. There are times I still hunt deer solo cause Im super hesitant to find new hunting partners... it can take a while sometimes to find a good hunting camp.... and good hunting grounds too. Good luck this year I want you to bag a buck.

Wild Turkey!!
I'd rather drink it than try to eat one.
The buggers are armor plated, chew like rubber and got more bones than a carp.
Have to grind it up before you can chew it.
Fun hunting though.

The one's i've had weren't much different than farm raised, except maybe a little more flavorfull.
I always hear that about them tho.

I have cooked the Thanksgiving Turkey for the last 20 years or so....


This isn't the best looking one I've ever done, but it did the job....

We have turkeys all over at the ranch, never like the wild taste though.

I'll confine my future turkey hunting to Safeway's meat department.
Oil, flour and spices, into the bag and bake it until the wings fall off.
Slice open the bag and Yum !!
