A 42-year-old hospital worker in Georgia who had coronavirus was found dead in her home with her 4-year-old child by her body. ... Diedre Wilkes' body was discovered Thursday in the living room of her home ... It's believed she died 12 to 16 hours before she was found, the coroner said. ... Wilkes did not have any known underlying health conditions ...

'They' can't seem to make up their minds...
Kate brown blaming others for lack of action. Now that's funny stuff right there. Does she think poeple in OR are asleep?

All the journalists had to get together to force her to give out any hospital info. All the mayors had to get together to force her to implement stay at home. All the teachers had to get together to force her to shutdown schools. The only actions she takes is to either copy WA actions so that she doesn't look bad or when forced to politically, again so she doesn't look bad. Worst leadership ever IMO.

They estimate 800 infections in the entire state of OR. And people accuse Trump of irrational positive thinking!
Governors are scrambling for money. And they believe if they just throw a big fit they will get more. And why wouldn't they do that it's worked for the left so many times.

Kate blaming the feds for PPE is kind of interesting considering the amount of clean room operations in the state that have tons of resources that could be used.

I'll say it again, I'm shocked by Intels silence in all of this. They are the elephant in the room, if you ask me.

Casinos in Vegas are losing millions ever hour being closed. Yet Intel keeps going as shutting down means loss of money.

I recall the dumpsters, per hub, emptied almost daily, that were completely filled with gloves. Imagine donating just one days worth of their PPE to the community!

Friday at 9 am numbers FYI.

I've been watching NY state # of new cases daily and it went down yesterday for first time, then today's numbers are lower than yesterday's. # are not definitive of course but interesting trend cuz NY numbers of new cases were growing massively each day before. It may be that they are catching up with unreported cases (likely imo) but could also be due to social distancing is beginning to slow things down there. Need to see if the two day trend continues in future. Could be also that numbers will change even tonight but for a while there the NY state growth was nuts.

Good news for Cuomo, it looks like his lockdown is working.

Bad news for Florida and a bunch of other southern states who still haven't locked down yet. They'll pick up New York's slack on our drive to 1,000,000, which is about 10 days away.

Interesting tidbit about Cuomo: New York's Ventilator Rationing Plan, by Betsy McCaughey

After learning that the state's stockpile of medical equipment had 16,000 fewer ventilators than New Yorkers would need in a severe pandemic, Gov. Andrew Cuomo came to a fork in the road in 2015. He could have chosen to buy more ventilators. Instead, he asked his health commissioner, Howard Zucker to assemble a task force and draft rules for rationing the ventilators they already had.

author: "Betsy McCaughey is chairman of the Committee to Reduce Infection Deaths and a former lieutenant governor of New York."

Heard in some cities there has been a developing run on dog food.

"This outrageous lack of action will result in lost lives," Der Fuehrer Kate Brownshirt said Wednesday.

Ya mean, sorta like liberal gun control laws do?
Imo this quote from k brown is politics at its worst. Try to damage the other side but don't take any responsibility for your own lack of action. Reminds me of the press conference she had right after trumps press conference. A good leader focuses on how to help and solve the problem, not focus on politically damaging the other party whenever she can.

A week or so ago my pet store guy said that he and other pet food stores were doing record sales. they are considered essential business so won't shut down, at least.
"Make sure you have enough food for your pet" was mentioned on darn near every newscast an article I saw early on. So it's not surprising. Similar to TP, people are worried they won't be able to go to store to get it.

4 Tbsp bleach per gallon of water i
Actually CDC recommends 5 T per gallon.

I presume that is standard bleach - generic.

What of the "concentrated" variety?
Clorox 121 oz. Regular Concentrated Liquid Bleach-4460030770 - The Home Depot
