Its a decent 1990s flick set in the 1930s about a barnstormer/raceplane pilot, his mechanic finding a rocket pack and dealing with a secret nazi, mobsters, Edgar Hoover's guys, and a good looking Jennifer Connelly a few unusual planes are featured in this, such as the Granger Brothers' Gee Bee racers (both R-1 and R-2), a Pitcairn autogiro, and of course, no 1930s thriller is complete without a Zeppelin showing up believe Howard Huges is also in the storyline... theres a scene with a model of the H4 Spruce Goose if nothing else, its an aviation buff treat
