These school board members apparently live in a fantasy world where there are no bad or crazy people who want to harm innocents.

They committed zero new $ to improving school security but millions to pride days, etc.

They castrated probably the only effective line of defense they have against mass shooters, concealed carriers.

Here's hoping that every legal concealed carrier completely ignores these idiots and helps to protect our kids.

Salem-Keizer school district does the same. Not too many years back a teacher that choose to carry anyway was reported by his students and immediately put on leave pending an investigation by the school board. It was pointed out that the school district did not involve police at that time, but no idea how it eventually resolved or exactly what final disciplinary action was taken.

More than likely it wasn't news worthy enough.

As for schools banning firearms, it's a method to invite school shootings. They are willing to sacrifice some staff and students so that people will be more supportive of new interpretations of the 2A.

-Teenage boy allows friend to shoot him multiple times at close range while wearing improvised body type armor... just for gits and shiggles. Dies on scene.
