if I understand it correctly, the Armed Citizens Legal Defense Network (ACLDN) is not a true "insurance" its a network membership to over 400 self defense attorneys with a defense fund to pay for your legal expenses, the main difference is the ACLDN doesn't have a set limit where an insurance program is limited in its coverage paid to you based on the level of your payment.
