You can find WA's general state law on knives and dangerous weapons in RCW 9.41.250 and .270. The short story is you cannot "furtively carry with intent to conceal" a "dangerous weapon." There is no state preemption for this, so like others have said, it ranges wildly on the local jurisdiction you're in.
