You could have it shipped to an FFL in Oregon as long as it is not semi automatic.
Pick a good low tide series and go razor clamming in the Seaside area while you are down here.

I was able to buy a home defense shotgun directly from an FFL in Oregon. Still had to wait for the OSP background check but overall the sale was flawless. Now I'm going to feel guilty about the sales tax. For about 5 minutes.
