A person "could".. just as a person could do a lot of other no no things.. sort of makes these asinine, virtue signaling, state by state laws fairly pointless, huh?

That being said, and I say this in the most sarcastic tone imaginable:

"Don't do it, the Washington overlords know best for all their citizens and simply buying mags over state lines is super mega double secret illegal and should not be done by anyone".

I can't speak for Oregon.

I am however currently in Montana for the weekend. The local stores sell these evil death machines.

I cannot confirm whether I, a Washington resident, was able or not to purchase such a contraption despite the cashers' disregard for Washington law and public safety.

One thing is for sure, I will never consider bringing such a contraption over the border in an effort to import and endanger WA residents. It will be staying at my property in MT, where there is a 20 acre buffer between it and my fellow man.

High capacity magazine is gun grabber term.

Magazines purchases are not regulated in Oregon. There is no such thing as a high capacity magazine in Oregon.
