I brewed a pumpkin ale years ago I thought was terrible but my wife and some of the fam thought it was great. I tried some 6 months later and I was shocked how good it became. If I do it again I will brew it in the winter for the next fall.

Yeah, like my Christmas ales, I brew it well in advance to let the flavors marry with plenty of time to mature.

Here is the clone recipe I use annually. I've tried a lot of different recipes over the years but this one is just outstanding and will remain my go-to pumpkin ale.

You people are going to make me brew again, only been six years! I do all grain, BIAB, style. I can get up to 10 gallons at a time if I'm thirsty.

Yep, all grain 3-tier keggle system here. You should definitely start brewing again. This Halloween I tapped my own keg and filled my glass with my own artisanal pumpkin ale. It was epic!
