Ditto that. With the injuries I figured the "perp" would be frail and or old. His picture though looks like it'd be pretty hard even for a professional death match fighter to mess his neck up the way it was.Am pro LEO, that being said this Baltimore situation does seem sketchy...the guy seemed pretty messed up as they lead, more like drug him to the paddy wagon. Am no Dr. But it wouldn't surprise me that a knee pressed into the back below or even with the shoulders blades either by accident, adrenaline or on purpose could damage the spinal cord of a prone perp. Definitely should be investigated by an outside agency.

I really didn't research this but saw his? bike right by that little sub-wall/planter thing. A takedown onto that could/would do some serious damage.
