Nobody wants armed Nazis marching the streets, but the problem is that a person individually open carrying is rarely ever an obvious threat or intimidating. So then we get into the issue of banning open carry for a group of people, but not for individuals? Then how do you define group? What if Mothers Against Drunk Driving want to open carry at a rally? Do we then have to determine whether a group is a hate group before banning open carry? Too many problems.
Also I don't know how banning open carry would diffuse these Nazi rallies. They'll just carry concealed and the chance for violence is just as great if not greater.
Ban banning.
Geez, I thought I was living in 2017 United States of Amerika, not 1939 Germany...
The same people who want to deny and rewrite history are the same ones trying to repeat it...
Go figure...
"does a rewrite of history in a forest actually exist if those doing such are ignorant of history in the first place"The same people who want to deny and rewrite history are the same ones trying to repeat it...
For myself, I am not a fan of open carry in urban areas but "shall not be infringed" is very clear to me and people should be able to carry as they please.
I see to other large issues here:
1. The automatic panic at the sight of a firearm is extremely disturbing. Seeing people tote guns should be a normal thing not an OMG the sky is fall thing. Pathetic.
2. All of this calling of Nazis only cheapens the evil of the real Nazis, bottom line Nazis have no power anymore, they are simply irrelevant. The true danger is this Marxist, Socialist movement of the left. Again pathetic.
Not even worth my time on lunch break to read that trash.
