Great information everyone! The more I worked it by dry fire the better.

Multiple magazines have been tried. All work perfectly fine in other rifles. The upper is from a different rifle that has zero issues. Are you certain that the hole in the gas block is aligned with the gas port on the barrel? Failure to function is likely a gas issue. Failing that, I would try a different magazine.
Snug. I am willing to bet that it's the disconnector of the LPK. One of the guys here is sending me one.
Thanks @bolus
Sweet... well I took the fcg apart to verify if disconnector spring was installed upside down and it's installed correctly after I had to track it down. Stupid thing came out and I dropped it!Went out in the mail today
Don't forget to oil it.Replaced the FCG with the one that @bolus sent. Have to see what happens when I go shooting. Btw, the disconnector spring is face down/ large size is down. These are pictures of the FCG that was in the lower.
I have three Anderson lowers on the way to my FFL. Delivery ETA is Friday. $101 shipped.
Are Anderson Lowers a good value? I am thinking about about buying a few lowers and try doing my own build.
I have just came back from the range. My AR build is able to fire the first round and it picks up the second round but, the trigger is dead. I am curious to know what is going on.
The lower is a Spikes Tactical with a Maxim Defense CQB stock. The upper is my Bushmaster 16" barrel.
I am not sure if it's the buffer or the trigger. Here is a video that may help. Anything else that would help you help me just ask.
You are undergassed. Use a lighter buffer and lube.
I have built a few, and adjustable gas blocks or lighter weight buffers will solve your cycling issue.

Oh, and once you roll your own, you will likely NEVER buy a factory AR again.
Yeah but sometimes their so cheap I can't help myself.
Yeah, these days they're practically giving them away.
