Anyone know who sells steel target plates at Tri County Gun Club?

i've made up some target stands similar to the ones they use at TCGC (where the targets swing from a hole in the top) and need some AR400 or AR500 target plates. At the last Speed Steel shoot someone was selling (i think they were 8 or 9") plates for a very reasonable price but I didn't have any cash on me.

If anyone knows who the seller was and can hook me up with their contact info that'd be great.
