Anyone know why Lee Armory closed?

I have a couple of AK rifles from Lee Armory, and I've checked back every so often to see if they have any more Hunter models, but the website says they've closed down. I'm curious to know if the people who worked there are starting up a new venture, or did they just call it quits? Anyone know?
