Video report says he'll remain behind bars but didn't say how long. They got wordy, not to say he's been homeless and now an attempted murderer. Sounds like he'd been there for weeks. If the city didn't remove him and the owners couldn't, the city has a lot of liability for this woman.

I have to wonder what part of peoples brains are missing to be in a place like that at 11:00 pm after seeing what this city has become? Do these people have some kind of mental deficiencies?
