I do a lot of research before I make a purchase of a firearm. I study not only price but options and availibility of ammo and parts. I know that a used remmi 7MM mag. Isn't worth $750.00. But if you add a nightforce optic on it you have a real bargin. Still, some will continue to use low brow tactics such as fear mongering, overselling or just out right lying about what they sell to get a buck. When I sell something I evaluate what its true value is. Again I research what the average price is then I adjust my price based on condition and options. I set my price firm because I've done my homework and know that I'm asking for a fair price. But like a lot of people said that most will sell something based on what its value is to them as opposed its normal fair market price.
