I don't understand how people can think there is an active shooter when there is no gunfire, no one with a gun walking around pointing it at people, no casualties, etc.
It really seems like something a soccer mom would call in. If I saw a guy walking down the street with an AK or AR, unless they were pointing it at people, I'd just keep going about my day without giving it a second thought.
