That was going to be my guess. One of the $39.99 level 5 vests that will stop a 50cal. Demo Matt did a vid not terribly long ago on one of those. Take it with a grain of salt though. He was cracking jokes about how their WAS no level 5 so, obviously, he don't know what he was talkin 'bout. 1.5 billion screaming Chinese couldn't be wrong... right??
