There are a ton of coyotes out around that area, and a lot of people have cattle. I'm sure somebody would be willing to let you hunt coyote on their property, especially when they have calves.
Granted above posts are correct, I hear far fewer coyotes recently than I have in the past. I have found more rabbits this year tho, so maybe the coyotes will soon follow. I'd start looking now to get ahead of the curve.
