After watching the Kavanaugh confirmation debacle, I think a lot of middle of the road voters will either bear right, or not vote. Dems managed to make complete fools of themselves and show themselves as even more unhinged than usual. I'm getting the feeling the "Blue Wave" is going to be more a ripple, and for the first time in a long time, I think Oregon has a serious shot at booting the Dems from the governor mansion. Time will tell.

The blue wave may be a west coast thing. CNN continues to drink it's own kool-ade but I don't believe everyone else is. When CNN' s Don Lemon attacked West for going to the WH there has been a lot of backlash. Just not on TV. People are upset. More importantly, democrats are upset. A month ago, I would have agreed with you. But the Kavanaugh debacle is hurting Dems across the country, if the polls can be trusted. I might give the Dems a slight majority in the house, but I'm now expecting the R's to make gains in the senate rather than lose seats. I have a feeling this election will be as hard to predict as the 2016 election.
