Sweet rifle. I love the actions Weatherby puts on their MK V rifles, and I've heard good things about the XTR scopes.

As far as selling, if you put it on consignment, it'll fetch close to retail, but you'll lose 25% to the shop.
If not, I'd put it up for what it's worth.
As far as rarity, it's one of a kind - blessed by the ghost of Roy Weatherby during its test firing.

When I sell anything, I would put a reasonable firm price on it. It's easier to sell anything with a firm price than OBO.

Thanks guys, it shoots nice, got everything all mounted up. Got a nice 5x5 whitetail during late buck season. I got the rifle on Markdown at Bob's Sporting Goods for $1350 plus tax. Good price
