They made a mistake on my birthday, it was 10 days off... Simply called the CHL phone number and had a new CHL in the mail in 3 days (I got mine through Multnomah County)... She said it was still valid to carry with, I think an officer would realize it's a silly mistake and not bother you for it but YMMV..

I too had no problem with a phone call to Multnomah county to fix an error on my CCL renewal form after-the-fact. They were quite friendly and business-like to deal with, and the phone call took care of it. I'd guess Clackamas County is the same...................elsullo
