A fellow was shooting a ton of black powder at an adjoining range. When he left there was a pile of .44-40 and .32-20 cases on the ground, plus this rimfire round. This case has a distinct "shoulder" about 1/4 up the body from the rim. Anybody know what it is? The dimensions are as follows:

1.449 long
0.336 diameter at the mouth
0.354 diameter above the rim
0.404 rim diameter 20190930_193048.jpg 20190930_193111.jpg
