The man who allegedly robbed a Target store in Salem is behind bars. The Marion County Sheriff's Office says a Salem police officer spotted 28-year-old Kraig James Fox of Keizer near an I-5 overpass.
Fox was arrested on warrants for parole violations and jailed. He is expected to be in court sometime Wednesday. Charges for the robbery are pending.
Target store security tried to stop a theft on Monday at the Target on Center Street at 1:40 p.m., but the suspect pulled out a gun when security confronted him.
