In other news, Parents JoeDirt and Shaniqua need help locating their child after dropping him off at the St. Louis ~~park~~ childcare facility, only to return later and not be able to find the child. Parents livid with the caretaker of the facility.

The caretaker, Jose, seems to have missed the memo that his duties have expanded from cutting grass to watching children and changing diapers.

But if s park is for children, if you do not have a child accompany you to the park perhaps you should not be allowed in the park.

It pains me that the burden of proof and due process rests on groups having to litigate and take down the law for being invalid, rather than it seemingly being cut down before its passage. You just have to hope that the groups that can counter these things can do so. But it's such an imbalance of time, money, and resources having to take things to court every other day, when it's seemingly free for lawmakers to do it. Imagine if you could get away with anything you wanted, and accountability only exists if someone decides to spend their money and resources on proving you wrong. Then you just sigh, and laugh as you do it again next cycle after they've extinguished their resources.
