It'd be an SBR.

It has a stock, foregrip, and short barrel.

However if you had the auto sear in there it'd just be a sub machinegun.

It was never a Glock. He said Glock upper receiver, which is merely a slide. Not a classified firearm. The custom folding frame and magazine well will be considered the firearm. With that being said a weapon meant to be fired from the shoulder with a barrel length of less than 16" is an Short Barreled Rifle

Once again though it was introduced as a machine gun. and a machine gun is a machine gun, not an SBR, or AWO. Full auto trumps all. If he used a semi auto then there would be something to talk about.
