Gin and tonic, with a twist of lime. And a side of Ibuprofen. I got up early and bucked, split, hauled, and stored wood all day. I ache pretty much all over. Damn you aging process.

Counterfeit Chelada

Mix:
4 oz Clamato Picante (add more for a richer mix)
1/8+ tsp Cayenne Pepper (or substitute Tabasco)
1/8+ tsp Salt
1/8+ tsp Sugar
1/4+ tsp Lime Juice

I use a 2 cup Pyrex pitcher and mix with a fork.
The Cayenne will float less if you let the mixture rest for a few minutes.

Pour the mixture into a frozen glass.
Then slowly and down the side, pour in your beer of choice.
A commercial, American lager is arguably the best choice for this.

I often use 16 oz of beer and a frozen 21 oz Working Glass.
Use 12 oz of beer for a richer drink.
Garnish or not.

At $ 6.99 for a 4pk-16oz cans it's counterfeit-worthy

Edit:
For the heat, instead of cayenne or Tabasco, try Crystal brand hot sauce in either hot or extra hot.
With that, the counterfeit recipe is done.
