Bottled my Acerglyn and started this year's Blackberry mead yesterday and I'm enjoying the first bottle of the Acerglyn tonight with friends.

Drinking a Sierra Nevada pale ale right now. Later will probably have a Jim Beam Black on ice.

A shot of lime Gin, Vodka, Tequila, Blue Curacao, light rum and a splash of Orange Juice, limeaid and lemonade.

I'm not sure what to call it but it tastes pretty damn good.

Sipping red, red wine, of which, I have on good authority, makes one feel so fine. Jokes aside, a Chianti after a light dinner is lovely after a long day taking care of business. My beloved made some club sandwiches, which included tomatoes she grew this season.

Had a productive afternoon today making 3 gallons of Mead. And now I am enjoying some Ezra Brooks Bourbon.

A Bochet (Caramelized Honey), a traditional (Honey, Water, Yeast), and a Blackberry Melomel. They should all finish around 10%.

Indeed, I was really surprised when I first got it. I expected it to be a cocktail whiskey and it turned out to be a decent sipper.
